We take all necessary precautions to perform safe and professional tree services. Clients must notify us of underground utilities, property restrictions, or hazards before service begins. We are not responsible for damages resulting from pre-existing tree conditions, hidden defects, or customer negligence.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Clients must ensure clear access to work areas and remove any obstructions. Clients are responsible for securing necessary permits and approvals unless otherwise agreed upon. If additional work beyond the agreed scope is required, extra charges may apply.

6. Refunds & Disputes

Refunds are provided only in cases of proven negligence or failure to deliver agreed-upon services. Service disputes must be reported within 7 days of completion for resolution. Catalpa Tree Specialist LLC reserves the right to correct issues before refunds or discounts are considered.
